Welcome to the Office of Diversity and Equity
The Office of Diversity and Equity (ODE) is responsible for diversity and equity compliance initiatives at the University. We provide support and advice to all University offices on EEO recruitment and retention issues, provide sexual harassment prevention and diversity training, and serve as a resource for diversity, discrimination and harassment, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (Title I), and Title IX compliance. ODE investigates complaints of discrimination and recommends measures to mitigate discriminatory conduct that may be found to exist. This Office also facilitates requests for workplace accommodations made by employees with disabilities.
